Deploy and update panels
Send panels to Discord, replace older copies, and remove launchers members no longer need.
Send a saved panel to a Discord text or announcement channel. Every send creates a new posted copy; it doesn't replace a panel already in that channel.
Send a panel
Your bot must be in the destination server and have permission to view and post in the channel.
- On Panels, select the panel's send action. You can also select Save & Send in the editor.
- Search for and choose the destination text or announcement channel.
- Select Send panel.
- Keep the dialog open until it confirms the panel was sent.
- Check the posted message in Discord.
The dialog shows Queued, Sending, then Sent. If it shows Failed, read the explanation, fix the problem, and try again. A bot that can't respond can cause a send to fail; check that it's online before retrying. If a custom emoji is unavailable, replace or remove the emoji named in the error.

The posted message uses the controls you chose in the builder.

Choosing a group reveals its options in the same message, with Back to return. Choosing an action starts the ticket in its configured destination.
Update a posted copy
Saving an edit doesn't change messages you've already sent.
- Edit the saved panel and save your changes.
- Send it again to each channel that needs the new version.
- Check the new copy, then delete the old message in Discord.
Each copy is independent. Template values and ticket choices were captured when you sent it. If a saved panel references a removed menu option, reopen it, review the selection, and save before sending again.
Remove a panel
Delete the Discord message to remove a posted copy from a channel. This only removes that copy.
Deleting a panel on the dashboard's Panels page removes the saved design. Already-posted copies keep working. Read the confirmation before removing a saved panel, and delete any Discord copies you also want to retire.
