Your dashboard

Navigate the dashboard

Find your group, open a bot, and use the sidebar or Ctrl+K command center to reach the page you need.

Use the AeroNexus dashboard to manage your group's bots, support tickets, features, and staff access. This guide explains how to move between your group and individual bots and find pages or settings with the Ctrl+K command center.

Choose your group

A group is your community's workspace. It contains your bots and the pages that bring their activity together.

Open the dashboard to see your groups, then select the group you want to open. This takes you to that group's home page.

To switch groups while you're using the dashboard on a desktop, select the group name in the top-left corner. You can also find a group through the Ctrl+K command center.

The breadcrumbs at the top of the page show your current group, bot, and page. Select a previous level to return to it.

On a phone or narrow screen, select the menu button labeled Open dashboard navigation to open the sidebar. The Search button at the top opens the command center.

Start at your group home

Select Home in the group sidebar to return to your group's overview. Use this page to check Modmail activity or open a bot.

Depending on your access and the features available, the home page includes:

  • Quick Actions: shortcuts to Tickets, Modmail Search, and Profiles.
  • Modmail: ticket counts, unique users, and resolution times, with shortcuts to Modmail pages.
  • Bots: your group's bots, which you can select to open their settings.

If your group still needs its first bot, the Modmail section displays a setup prompt. Select Set up bot to continue.

Find a page in the sidebar

The group sidebar organizes pages by feature. Use the following destinations for common tasks:

Group-level Modmail and Invite Tracker pages bring together activity across connected bots. Configuration belongs to an individual bot. For example, choose Modmail → Tickets to review support activity, or choose Modmail → Configuration to change one bot's ticket settings.

Open a bot's settings

Each bot has its own settings and feature pages. Check the selected bot's name before making changes, especially if your group runs several bots.

To open a bot and choose what to manage:

  1. In the group sidebar, expand Bots and select the bot's name.
  2. Select Commands to choose which slash commands are enabled, Customization to edit the bot's appearance, or Servers to manage its Discord servers.
  3. Select a feature, such as Modmail or Welcome Messages, to open that bot's feature pages.

Use the bot selector near the top of the sidebar to switch bots. Select Go back to return to the group's Bots page.

For instructions on changing bot settings, see Configure your bot.

Find a page or setting with the Ctrl+K command center

The command center helps you find dashboard pages, groups, bots, and fields on your current page. Open it with Ctrl+K on Windows or Cmd+K on macOS, or select Search in the top bar.

The dashboard has two search tools for different tasks:

  • Command center: use the top-bar Search button or Ctrl+K to navigate the dashboard and find settings.
  • Modmail Search: open Modmail → Search in the sidebar, or Modmail Search on your group home, to find ticket messages.

To find a page or setting with the command center:

  1. Select Search in the top bar. On a narrow screen, open the sidebar first and select Search there. You can also press Ctrl+K on Windows or Cmd+K on macOS.
  2. Enter a page, bot, group, or setting name, such as "Customization" or "avatar."
  3. Select a matching result. Page links appear under Go to; other results appear under headings such as Groups, Bots, and Fields.
  4. If prompted, choose the group or bot you want to manage.

Selecting a field result scrolls to and highlights that field. To find a setting on another page, open that page first, then search for the field.

If a page is missing

Your permissions and the available features affect which pages appear. Some feature sections show a setup page until you enable the feature.

If you can't find an expected page, check that you've selected the correct group and bot. If it still isn't available, ask your group owner or a dashboard administrator to check your access. See How access works for the requirements.
