Turn on Invite Tracker
Check your bot connection, complete setup, and understand what happens when you pause tracking.
Turn on Invite Tracker to start recording activity in your bot's main Discord server. The guided setup checks your connection, helps you choose counting rules, and offers optional Discord logs.
Before you start
Your bot needs these three things to track invites:
- A linked main Discord server.
- The Manage Server permission in that server.
- The Server Members intent enabled for its application in the Discord Developer Portal.
Keep your bot online during setup. The dashboard waits for the running bot to confirm that tracking is enabled before continuing.
Turn tracking on
Open the AeroNexus dashboard and follow these steps:
- Open your group and select your bot in the sidebar.
- Choose Invite Tracker.
- Turn on the Invite Tracker switch on the setup page.
- Wait for the dashboard to open guided setup. If you've already completed setup, it opens Overview instead.
If the dashboard keeps waiting, check that your bot is online.
Complete guided setup
Work through the four steps. Your completed steps and choices are saved so you can leave and continue later.
- Readiness: Check Main Discord server and Invite baseline. Both must be ready before you continue. If a check fails, fix the server connection, Manage Server permission, or Server Members intent named on the page, then select Check again. The invite baseline is the starting information the bot needs before it can identify inviters.
- Tracking rules: Choose Standard, Fair, or Advanced for scoring, then choose your suspicious-invite checks. By default, checks flag accounts younger than 3 days and returns within 20 hours of leaving.
- Discord logs: Optional: Turn on Send Discord logs and choose a Log channel for join, leave, and ban notices. You can use dashboard activity without enabling Discord logs.
- Finish: Review Invite counting, Invite checks, and Discord logs, then select Finish setup to open Overview.
Counting modes change scores from saved activity. Suspicious-invite rule changes apply to future joins only. For help choosing, read counting modes and tracking rules.
Resume setup later
To continue, open the same bot's Invite Tracker area. Guided setup returns to the step where you stopped. Setup is complete only after you finish the final step.
After setup, use Config to change counting rules and Discord logs.
Pause tracking
Turn off the Invite Tracker switch and confirm with Turn off Invite Tracker. Choose Keep it on to cancel.
While tracking is off:
- New joins, leaves, and bans aren't recorded.
- New Discord log notices stop.
- Existing activity, rankings, bonus adjustments, and settings stay saved.
Joins missed while tracking is off don't earn credit later. Turn tracking back on before you want new recruitment to count.
Turning tracking back on resumes from your server's current invites. If you completed setup before, you return to Overview with your saved history.
