Scoring and leaderboard

Run the leaderboard

View rankings, review member history, and add or correct bonus points.

View the leaderboard in Discord or your bot's dashboard to compare recruiters. Rankings use Score under your current counting mode. In the dashboard, you can also review member history and add bonus adjustments.

View rankings in Discord

Any member can request the leaderboard in the bot's main Discord server:

  1. Run /invite-tracker leaderboard in a text channel. There are no options.
  2. Read the Invite leaderboard card. It shows rank, member, Total invites, Confirmed, Left, Retained, and Score.
  3. Use the arrow buttons to move through pages of 10 members. The middle button shows the current page; arrows are disabled at either end.

The reply is public. Changing pages updates the same message. If no invite data exists, the card says so. Outside the bot's main server, the command returns a private notice explaining where it works.

Open the dashboard leaderboard

Open your group, select your bot, and go to Invite Tracker > Leaderboard. It shows the same ranking with member profiles and adjustment tools.

Select a member's name to review their join history, fake flags, and bonus ledger. Use Next page to see more entries; it disappears at the end. Before activity is recorded, an empty state explains what will appear here.

For a quick check, Overview has a Top inviters preview. Select View leaderboard to open the full board. Read counting modes for the meaning of each number.

Understand rank changes

Members rank by Score, highest first. If scores tie, the member with more Retained invitees ranks higher. Remaining ties use member ID, keeping the order consistent between views.

Scores use saved activity and your current mode when you view them. New activity, departures, fake flags, bonus adjustments, and mode changes can change the standings.

Add or remove bonus points

Use an adjustment to recognize a contribution that isn't captured by a join, or to correct points with a clear record of the change.

  1. On Leaderboard, select Add adjustment.
  2. Under Member, search by name or paste a Discord user ID, then select the person.
  3. Enter Invite adjustment. Use a positive number to add points or a negative number to remove them.
  4. Optional: Enter Reason (optional) so your team knows why it changed.
  5. Check the member and amount, then select Add adjustment to save.

The amount must be a nonzero whole number from -1,000,000 to 1,000,000. The reason can contain up to 240 characters. Select Cancel to leave without saving.

Adjustments change Bonus and Score in every counting mode. They appear in the member's bonus ledger with the record of who awarded them. They don't change the attribution or fake flag of any join.

Saved adjustments can't be edited or removed. If you make a mistake, add an opposite adjustment with a reason. For example, correct an accidental +10 with -10.

Plan around a cumulative leaderboard

The leaderboard covers all recorded activity. You can't filter rankings to a date range or season, and there isn't a reset control. Activity filters don't limit the leaderboard.

If you run a recruitment event, capture the standings at the start and end so you have a record for comparison. Changing the counting mode recalculates everyone's score; it doesn't start a new season. Bonus adjustments also become part of the cumulative score.
