Introduction
Create custom Discord link previews with text, media, and buttons, then update them through one permanent link.
Embeds lets you build a custom Discord link preview in AeroNexus, publish it, and share its permanent link. Combine formatted text, images, galleries, separators, and website buttons in one layout. When you change a published embed, its link stays the same.
Open Discord Embeds in your group's dashboard sidebar, directly below Invite Tracker. Embeds belong to your group. You manage them at the group level rather than configuring a separate preview for each bot.
Creating an embed publishes a link preview. To share it, copy the link and post it in Discord yourself. Creating or saving doesn't send a bot message or a webhook message.
Before you begin
Your group must have at least one Modmail ticket record before you can use the editor. An open or closed ticket qualifies. If the dashboard asks you to set up Modmail, configure it and open a test ticket in that group first.
You also need dashboard access to Discord Embeds. A group owner can give team members View Discord Embeds to browse and copy links, or Manage Discord Embeds to create, edit, and remove them. Managing embeds requires view access too. See how dashboard access works.
